Sakinaw Lake Retreat

One of the largest custom residential structural steel projects on the Sunshine Coast, this Sakinaw Lake residence required a high level of coordination, precision, and craftsmanship from fabrication through installation.

Our team fabricated all 33 beams and 24 columns in-house, with every component completed by skilled Red Seal welders. With more than 100 structural connections integrating steel, wood, and concrete, accuracy at every stage was critical to ensuring a seamless fit on site.

Working closely with Jenkins Construction, our team managed the fabrication and on-site erection of all steel components, helping deliver a streamlined process from start to finish.
